SLR25-A solution born from the depths of experience & love for the sea

How it started
SLR25 is not just a product – it's the result of decades of diving experience, personal frustrations, and an endless love for the ocean.

It was born in the Slovenian-Croatian underwater environment, where challenges, ideas, and passion from a small team converged to solve a real problem.
From idea, to solving real problem
A collaboration between experienced divers, underwater archaeologists, and marine engineers created something beyond a piece of gear - it marked a shift in diving safety and comfort.

Who's behind the idea?

  • Gregor Novak (Slovenia) - inventor and owner of ENOVAS, who developed the concept based on a very real need.

  • Kristijan Gligora (Croatia) - the youngest diver involved in underwater archaeological discoveries, bringing fresh energy and perspective to the project.

  • Željan Gligora (Croatia) - a test diver with over 30 years of experience, deeply familiar with the risks of traditional gear.

  • Matjaž Kolčan (Slovenia) - an experienced spearfisher and test diver who challenged the SLR25 in demanding conditions

A deep dedication to the diving safety

What connects them is not just technical know-how, but a deep dedication to the ocean, exploration, and safety.

SLR25 is a solution to these problems, designed not in a lab, but through real-world experience, tested in the Adriatic Sea, where every meter of depth tells a story. And that story doesn't end there.

  • Unreliable surface markers drifting away from divers in the current,
  • Tangled lines wrapping around equipment or rocks, creating risky situations,
  • Loss of focus and calm underwater due to distractions from gear that should be working for you – not against you.

The Enovas SLR25 Scuba Line Retractor is a testament to their innovative spirit and commitment to solving critical diving challenges.

By addressing key safety concerns, this device represents a significant leap forward in underwater exploration equipment.

One ocean - one community

From the crystal-clear Ionian Sea to the unpredictable currents of the Mediterranean, to the silence of the Red Sea and beyond into the tropics – all seas are part of one connected world we love and protect. Divers, marine biologists, explorers, rescue teams – we all share the same environment and the same risks.

That's why SLR25 is more than a local solution. It's a response to a global need, created by a community that understands every dive matters – because underwater, there's no room for error. With this product:

  • risk of accidents is reduced,
  • diver visibility and traceability is improved,
  • line tangling is eliminated, allowing more focus on discovery and less on worry.

Our story is your story
Every time someone enters the water with the SLR25, it reflects the strength of a connected community that values safety, trust, and experience. That's our promise to everyone who breathes below the surface - wherever in the world you dive.
