Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern purchases made from ENOVAS (Na zelenici 9, 3000 Celje, Slovenia; info@enovas.pro; +386 51 672 005). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply to sales of products made via our website or direct order channels. Separate written agreements prevail over these Terms where expressly agreed.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email or dispatch the goods, whichever occurs first. We may refuse an order (e.g., due to stock issues or pricing errors).

Prices are shown on the website and in the checkout. Any shipping charges are displayed before you make a payment. International orders may incur import duties and taxes levied by your local customs authority; these are not refundable by ENOVAS.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorized to use the chosen method.

We ship to the delivery address you provide. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Title passes upon full payment; risk passes upon delivery.

• You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.

• Return is possible within 14 days only if the device has not been used at all, especially in water.

• To start a return, email info@enovas.pro within 14 days of receipt. Return the product within 14 days after notifying us.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, complete with all parts, in the original packaging, and must not have been exposed to water.

• Return shipping is paid by the customer (unless we sent a defective or incorrect item). We recommend a tracked shipment.

• Return address: ENOVAS, Na zelenici 9, 3000 Celje, Slovenia.

• After we receive and inspect the return, we issue a refund to the original payment method within 7–14 days.

• Original shipping fees and any import duties/taxes are not refundable.

• If the item shows signs of use or has missing/damaged parts, we may deduct a reasonable amount for diminished value

For the fastest service, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@enovas.pro with photos and your order number. We’ll assess and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

The ENOVAS SLR25 is covered by a 12-month warranty (EU) against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, exposure to water contrary to instructions, or unauthorized modifications/repairs. Warranty remedies are repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion.

• Items returned used, incomplete, or otherwise not re-sellable

Business purchases (B2B) are not covered by the EU 14-day withdrawal right unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To the extent permitted by law, ENOVAS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You are responsible for proper use of the products and for complying with all applicable laws (including local diving and safety regulations). Using the product contrary to instructions may void warranty and return rights.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available on our website). By ordering, you consent to such processing for order fulfillment and customer support.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia. Courts in Slovenia shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumer-mandatory rights in your country of residence within the EU.
