Warranty, Refund & Returns Policy

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.

Return is possible within 14 days of purchase only if the device has not been used at all, especially in water!

Please send us an email at info@enovas.pro notifying us of your intent.

Please return the product within 14 days after notifying us.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with all parts and in original packaging. The item must not be exposed to water.

• Return shipping is paid by the customer (unless we sent a defective/incorrect item).
• We recommend a tracked shipment.

After we receive and inspect the return, we issue a refund to the original payment method within 7–14 days.

Original shipping fees and any import duties/taxes are not refundable. If the item shows signs of use or missing parts, we may deduct a reasonable amount for diminished value.

For the fastest service, return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll consider a replacement or refund.

ENOVAS SLR25 is covered by a 12-month warranty (EU) against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

Business purchases are not covered by the 14-day withdrawal right unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Email info@enovas.pro with your order number, reason for return, and (if applicable) photos. We’ll reply with instructions and the return authorization.
